NDDY - DIPLOMA IN NATUROPATHY AND YOGA
Minimum Age: 18- 60 Years
This diploma course enables the personnel to practice naturopathy and yoga strictly based on drugless nature cure principles. It’s a three year program, for going into the 2nd and 3rd year, candidates have to pass the previous year and minimum eligibility. This course will brief you about the philosophy of nature cure, history and development of nature cure, different aspects of anatomy & physiology, which will assist in understanding the basic dynamics of yoga in accordance with the Naturopathy.
For 1st year Program
- 12th from Science background
- Those who have cleared Chikitsa Sahayak is also eligible.
- Registered Medical Practitioners are also eligible
For 2nd year Program
- Clearance of 1 year Examination for 12th pass Students from science background is mandatory.
- MBBS/BAMS/BUMS/BPED or Graduate/ post graduate from science background etc. are also eligible for taking admission into 2nd year directly.
- B.Sc. Medical can also apply for the 2nd year Program directly.
For 3rd year Program
- Both the levels of the program must be passed for undergraduate students.
- For Graduates /Post Graduates, passing the 2nd year program is mandatory which will be followed by viva, practical, internship, etc. in the 3rd year.
Diploma in Naturopathy Treatment & Therapies (Chikitsa Sahayak)
Minimum Age: 18- 60 Years
The Naturopathy practice may also include massage therapy, yoga, and acupuncture. Naturopathy focuses on the healing power of nature and encourages people to take an active role in their health and wellness. Naturopathic doctors may also use herbal remedies and homeopathic remedies to treat a variety of conditions. They may also recommend lifestyle changes, such as exercising more and cutting back on processed foods. Naturopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare that is based on the belief that the body has the ability to heal itself. It emphasizes the use of natural treatments and remedies to promote health and wellness.This means the treatment plans they offer can vary, but they all follow similar principles. Most treatments include food and nutrition. A naturopathic doctor will customize recommendations for the individual. A diet plan will typically use whole foods, for example, fruit, vegetables, lean meat, and whole grains. The doctor may also offer advice on maximizing nutritional value by eating seasonal, local food. Some believe food is better for the body when consumed raw, rather than cooked.
